August Mission Staycation Day Seasonal Palate Class

The Greater Mission Chamber of Commerce hosts the monthly farmers market event called Mission Staycation Day. In addition to local vendors, the event features the seasonal palate class with Chef Mikal Marrus. The class features products from local organic farmers.

The August Mission Staycation Day features a class on Mango Teriyaki Chicken and Ginger Coconut Shrimp, recipes that are easy to prepare and perfect for an outdoor cookout.
