This was the first time trying pork barbacoa. In addition to being tasty, it's not greasy like our typical barbacoa. They steam it. Add corn tortillas, salsa, salt to taste...you have yourself a great pork barbacoa taco. So far, Lalo's Restaurant is the only place I've seen pork barbacoa on the menu.
